HI THERE!
I’m Samira
A UX/UI designer with an education background in business.
My journey into UX/UI began long before I realized it. In my roles across retail, HR, and university administration, I developed a strong ability to understand user needs, solve problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. As a retail manager, for example, I led a promotional event that boosted both foot traffic and sales by creating an engaging, user-focused experience through research and close collaboration with the brand’s team. This experience showed me the value of user-centered design.
My interest in UX deepened when I helped a friend conduct interviews for a psychology app. I became fascinated with how understanding human behavior can shape meaningful digital experiences. This led me to complete a UX/UI bootcamp, where I developed my skills in creating visually appealing designs that meet real user needs while driving business results.
With my MBA in International Business, I’ve gained a broader perspective on how global audiences interact with products and how design can create business value. I’m passionate about building inclusive, equitable designs that resonate with users from all backgrounds.
Outside of design, I enjoy observing the world around me—whether it’s people-watching, exploring nature, or listening to podcasts on human behavior.
